Today, Barry Larkin and the late Ron Santo will be elected into the Hall of Fame. The two had unbelievable careers and I have an unbelievable amount of respect for them.

Over Larkin’s 19-year career with the Cincinnati Reds, he batted .295, had 2340 hits, 12 All-Star Game appearances, and 1 MVP award.

Over Santo’s 15-year-career with the Chicago Cubs, (and 1 season with the White Sox), he hit 342 home runs, hit 1331 RBIS, and had 9 All-Star Game appearances.

Congratulations. The ceremony can be seen at 12:30 CST on MLB Network.
