Good Morning Cardinal Nation. Here’s what I have for you this morning:

CARDS SCORE 15: The Cardinals smashed the Boston Red Sox on Tuesday by a score of 15-4. Matt Adams had 3 RBIs, including a two-run home run. Jaime Garcia was impressive, throwing two scoreless innings, throwing 43 pitches, 30 of which were strikes. Oscar Taveras also went 3-for-5 with an RBI. All four Red Sox runs were unearned due to throwing errors by pitcher Marc Rzepczynski and second baseman Starlin Rodriguez.

INJURY REPORT: Thankfully some good news. Rafael Furcal took batting practice on Tuesday and reported much improvement. He will hopefully be out on the field no later than the end of this weekend. Also, Mets phenom prospect Zack Wheeler will not be pitching today because of an oblique strain.

WHAT’S NEXT: The Cardinals travel to Port St. Lucie on Wednesday to take on the Mets, where Lance Lynn will get his first start since losing forty pounds this past offseason.
